.myshopify.com), the theme version (Theme settings → bottom of the panel) and a link to the page you are asking about. - For layout questions, a screenshot and the device/browser help.
What support covers
- Theme setup and settings, bugs in the theme, questions about documented features.
- Not covered: custom development, third-party apps, data entry. If you need a customisation, ask; we can often point you to the right setting or snippet.
Updates
Theme updates arrive in Online Store → Themes when a new version is published. Updates keep your settings. Read the changelog before updating.
