Who these terms are with
FantasyThemes is run by Alex Gurghis, in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. These terms cover the themes and plugins FantasyThemes makes, the support that comes with them, and the use of this site. Write to [email protected] with any question about them.
Licences
The Royal themes are sold on ThemeForest under Envato’s licences. A regular licence covers one site. The licence text shown on ThemeForest when you buy is the one that applies; nothing on this site changes it.
EventMail is free software under the GPL. You may use it on any number of sites.
Updates
Every later version of a theme you bought is yours, through your ThemeForest downloads, for as long as the theme is on sale.
Support
Support is included for six months from purchase and can be extended on ThemeForest. Tickets are answered by the author on working days, usually within a day or two; that is an aim, not a guaranteed response time.
Support covers questions about how a theme works and fixes for defects in it. It does not cover changes to a theme made to order, problems caused by other plugins or themes, or problems caused by the hosting.
To open a ticket for a theme you need its purchase code. Please describe the problem truthfully and do not send other people’s personal data or passwords in a ticket.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Envato under its refund policy. If a theme does not do what its page says, write first: most cases are solved faster with a fix than with a refund.
What is promised, and what is not
Each theme does what its page and its documentation describe, on the versions of WordPress and PHP listed there. It is not promised to work with every plugin, every host or every later version of WordPress.
Keep backups of your site, and try updates on a copy before applying them to a live site. As far as the law allows, FantasyThemes is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost income or lost data, that follow from using a theme or a plugin. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that cannot be limited.
This site
The texts and images on this site belong to FantasyThemes. The screenshots show the themes’ demo content, which is there for illustration and is not included in a licence.
How the site handles personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the month of the last change is shown at the top of the page. A change does not alter the licence you already bought.
