autoRoyal has built-in monetisation features. You can charge for:
- vehicle submission: a one-time fee
- featured vehicles: a daily payment charged from account funds
- promoted vehicles: also a daily payment charged from account funds
Featured vehicles appear first on the cars page and the search results page. You can also show them in a block on the homepage or on any other page, using the [autoroyal_featured_cars] shortcode.
Promoted vehicles appear first after featured vehicles on the cars page and the search results page.
Top-up of account funds is done using WooCommerce. You have the deposit reports in the WooCommerce dashboard.
Monetisation is for marketplaces only. For it to work, you need to install WooCommerce.
Prices
The prices are set in the WordPress back end under Cars → autoRoyal Settings → Monetisation.
Here you can set the price for submitting a vehicle (marketplaces only). It is a one-time fee.
Add only numbers, without a currency code or anything else. The price is in the currency you selected in WooCommerce.
